1. About this site and acceptance
clevernessacademy.com is the informational website of Cleverness Academy: it describes our subjects, pricing and approach, and lets you send a request. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The practice platform dsatcleverness.com is a separate product with its own terms of service and privacy policy. These terms do not replace them.
2. Our services
We provide online tutoring in several formats. Subject lessons are paid per lesson or as a pack of 12 lessons. For SAT and IELTS preparation we offer a platform subscription for self-paced practice, mini-group lessons of up to 3 students, and individual lessons.
- Digital SAT and IELTS preparation
- School math, grades 1–12
- English for school students, grades 1–12
- Advanced Math: Calculus I & II, Linear Algebra and the pre-calculus bridge to university math
- General and academic English
The specific program, schedule and format — single lessons or a pack — are agreed before lessons begin.
3. Eligibility and lessons with minors
You must be able to form a binding agreement to book tutoring. A significant share of our students are school children in grades 1–12, and therefore minors.
Where the student is a minor, the request and the arrangement are made by a parent or legal guardian, who is also responsible for payment, scheduling and the child's attendance.
4. Requests, trial lesson and scheduling
- A request sent through the site or a messenger is a request for a consultation, not a concluded contract. The arrangement is formed once we have agreed the format, price and schedule.
- The first trial lesson is free. It exists so we can assess the level and choose the right format.
- Rescheduling and cancellation rules are agreed before lessons start — a single lesson or a pack — and confirmed in writing.
- We may decline or discontinue services in cases of repeated breach of the arrangement, disrespectful behavior, or non-payment.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices on the English version of this site are in US dollars: a single lesson is $19, a pack of 12 lessons is $199; for SAT and IELTS preparation, a mini-group is $190 per month for 12 lessons and the individual format is $309 per month for 12 lessons. The platform subscription is $19.99 per month. The Russian version of the site lists prices in rubles.
- Payments are not taken on this website. The platform subscription is purchased on dsatcleverness.com, where Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record: it processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes.
- Payment for single lessons and lesson packs is arranged individually before lessons begin.
- We may change prices; the price in force at the time of payment applies to the period already paid for.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — please read it before paying.
6. Acceptable use
When using the site and our services you agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, bulk-extract site content automatically, share lesson access or materials with third parties, or publish recordings of lessons without our consent.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its design, texts, teaching materials and platform content are protected by intellectual-property rights and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study. Copying, redistribution and commercial exploitation without our written consent are not permitted.
8. No affiliation, no guaranteed outcome
SAT and Digital SAT are trademarks of the College Board; IELTS is a trademark of its owners (British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an administrator of those examinations. Their names are used only to describe the subject of preparation.
Average scores and student results published on this site are actual past results, not a promise of a future outcome. Results depend on the starting level, consistency, and the student's own work. We do not guarantee a specific score, admission, or grade.
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. External links
The site links to external resources: the practice platform, WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.
11. Governing law and consumer protection
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
Regardless of the chosen governing law, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you retain the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms deprives you of those rights. Similar mandatory consumer protections under your local law continue to apply where they cannot be waived by contract.
12. Dispute resolution
Before pursuing a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Any formal dispute will be subject to the governing law and competent courts identified above, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our services evolve; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: support@clevernessacademy.com; billing: billing@clevernessacademy.com.
