Terms of Service

We provide online tutoring in several formats. Subject lessons are paid per lesson or as a pack of 12 lessons. For SAT and IELTS preparation we offer a subscription to the Digital SAT or IELTS practice platform for self-paced practice, mini-group lessons of up to 3 students, and individual lessons.

The specific program, schedule and format — single lessons or a pack — are agreed before lessons begin.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to book tutoring. A significant share of our students are school children in grades 1–12, and therefore minors.

Where the student is a minor, the request and the arrangement are made by a parent or legal guardian, who is also responsible for payment, scheduling and the child's attendance.

• A request sent through the site or a messenger is a request for a consultation, not a concluded contract. The arrangement is formed once we have agreed the format, price and schedule.
• The first trial lesson is free. It exists so we can assess the level and choose the right format.
• Rescheduling and cancellation rules are agreed before lessons start — a single lesson or a pack — and confirmed in writing.
• We may decline or discontinue services in cases of repeated breach of the arrangement, disrespectful behavior, or non-payment.

• Prices for subject tutoring, and for SAT/IELTS mini-group and individual lessons, are not published on this site: they depend on the country you are studying from and the format you choose, and we agree the exact price with you directly, in writing, before you pay. The platform subscriptions have fixed prices, published in US dollars and the same regardless of your location: $19.99 per month for the Digital SAT platform, $29.99 per month for the IELTS platform, and $34.99 per month for the SAT + IELTS bundle (both platforms on one account, sold on ieltscleverness.com).
• Payments are not taken on this website. Platform subscriptions are purchased on the platforms themselves — dsatcleverness.com and ieltscleverness.com — where Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record: it processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes.
• Payment for single lessons, lesson packs, and SAT/IELTS mini-group or individual formats is arranged and confirmed individually before lessons begin.
• We may change prices; the price agreed with you, or the subscription prices in force at the time of payment, applies to the period already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — please read it before paying.

When using the site and our services you agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, bulk-extract site content automatically, share lesson access or materials with third parties, or publish recordings of lessons without our consent.

The site, its design, texts, teaching materials and platform content are protected by intellectual-property rights and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study. Copying, redistribution and commercial exploitation without our written consent are not permitted.

SAT and Digital SAT are trademarks of the College Board; IELTS is a trademark of its owners (British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an administrator of those examinations. Their names are used only to describe the subject of preparation.

Average scores and student results published on this site are actual past results, not a promise of a future outcome. Results depend on the starting level, consistency, and the student's own work. We do not guarantee a specific score, admission, or grade.

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer protections.

The site links to external resources: the practice platforms, WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.

Regardless of the chosen governing law, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you retain the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms deprives you of those rights. Similar mandatory consumer protections under your local law continue to apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

Before pursuing a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Any formal dispute will be subject to the governing law and competent courts identified above, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
